These terms cover your use of the Toolbox Chrome extension and its website, published by Ahmed Gamal. By installing Toolbox, creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

Account, plans and subscription

Toolbox needs an account. Every account can use the free plan, which includes every tool with the limits shown on the pricing page. Toolbox Premium and Toolbox Pro are paid subscriptions: Premium removes those limits and adds most paid features, and Pro adds the rest. The pricing page lists what each plan includes. We may change what the free plan includes. A subscription renews every billing period until you cancel, and stays active until the end of the period you paid for. An account is personal and may be signed in on up to 5 browsers at once.

You can move a subscription between Premium and Pro, or between monthly and yearly billing, from youraccount page. The change applies right away. The price difference for the rest of the current billing period is worked out pro rata: it's charged at once when the new plan costs more, and credited towards your next payments when it costs less.

If you subscribed before Premium and Pro were introduced, your subscription keeps Pro's features at the price you signed up at for as long as it stays active.

New accounts don't get a free trial. If your account has a free trial from before, it ends on the date shown on your account page and the account then moves to the free plan. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe.

Short links

You may not use the URL shortener for spam, phishing, malware or illegal content. We may disable any short link and the account behind it without notice for abuse. We may also refuse addresses that Google's safe-browsing service lists as unsafe. Anyone can report a short link.

Refunds

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle, the merchant of record for all orders. You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment; our refund policy explains how. A refund ends the subscription.

No warranty

Toolbox is provided "as is". Some websites may not work with every tool.
