Bring your OneTab lists over, and keep them safe.
One subscription for the whole stack.
OneTab keeps your saved tabs in one browser, so a reset, a reinstall or a new computer can take them with it. Copy OneTab's export, paste it into Toolrail, and each group becomes a saved session in your account. Tabs & sessions is one tool in a side panel that also has a screen recorder, full-page screenshots and short links.

Who it's for
Made for you if…
- You close tabs into OneTab to come back to them later.
- You've lost a OneTab list before, or worry that you will.
- You want your saved tabs on more than one computer.

What doesn't
- OneTab's lock and star marks: star the sessions you want to keep handy in Toolrail
Import from OneTab You'll see what comes over before anything is added.
What to expect
Tabs & sessions in Toolrail, next to OneTab
Where Toolrail is as good or better, and where it's different. Where OneTab does more, we say so.
As good or better
- Sessions are kept in your account as well as this browser, so a reset, a reinstall or a new computer doesn't lose them.
- Restore a session in a new window or this one, with pinned tabs and, if you allow it, tab groups.
- Search every saved tab by title or address, and let Toolrail save your open windows as snapshots.
- One subscription for your tab manager and the rest of your browser tools.
Different
- The free plan keeps 25 saved sessions; Premium removes the limit.
- Closing the tabs as you save is an option, so you can work the OneTab way or keep your tabs open.

Questions
Something else? Write to us from the Contact link below.
What if I have more than 25 OneTab groups?
The free plan keeps 25 saved sessions, so the importer brings in the first ones that fit and says how many didn't. Premium removes the limit.
Where are my tabs kept?
Saved sessions are kept in your Toolrail account, so every browser you sign in to has them. Each save goes to a queue in the browser first, so nothing is lost offline. Automatic snapshots stay on this browser.
Can I export them again later?
Yes. Export sessions as OneTab text, Markdown, a bookmarks file, CSV or a Toolrail backup whenever you like.
Is Toolrail free?
Yes. Every tool works on the free plan, with a few limits. Premium removes the limits and adds features like share links and cloud storage, for every tool at once. Pro adds signatures, Office conversions and bookmark cleanups on top. You only add a card if you decide to upgrade.
